Beechcraft Premier IA Captain (PIC)

✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain on the Premier I/IA, you’ll set the standard for safety, professionalism, and passenger experience. You’ll own the mission from preflight to shutdown—leading planning, decision-making, and crew coordination while upholding company procedures and regulatory compliance.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Beechcraft 390 Premier I/IA, ensuring safe, compliant operations on every leg.
• Lead flight planning and execution, including performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
• Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making and maintain a calm, client-focused cockpit.
• Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to verify airworthiness, documentation, and timely MEL resolution.
• Uphold company SOPs and all applicable regulations; maintain currency and proficiency.
• Deliver a polished, service-forward experience for passengers.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• FAA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Certificate).
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate (required).
• Current United States passport.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) airplane time.
• Minimum 500 hours cross-country flight time.
• Minimum 100 hours night flight time.
• Minimum 75 hours instrument time (50 in flight).
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine turbine airplane time.

🌟 Preferred Experience & Endorsements

• 100+ hours in type (Premier I/IA) preferred.
• Type rating in similar aircraft preferred.
• High performance, high altitude, and complex endorsements (or equivalent 121/135 training documentation) preferred.
• Part 135 operations experience preferred.
