🧭 The Opportunity

In this role, you will fly as First Officer on Marvin’s Beechcraft 1900D, partnering closely with the Captain and our operations team to deliver safe, efficient, and polished corporate travel. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where professionalism, flexibility, and exceptional passenger care are paramount.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute flights with the Captain, adhering to SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Perform thorough preflight activities, including performance planning, W&B, aircraft inspections, and systems checks.
  • Operate confidently in IMC and busy airspace, maintaining precise instrument procedures and strong CRM.
  • Deliver attentive, white-glove service to internal passengers and guests throughout every stage of the trip.
  • Support trip logistics and dispatch coordination; adapt to schedule changes and occasional weekend flying.
  • Participate in recurrent training, check rides, and safety initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a Class 1 medical.

🧪 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 350 hours
  • Instrument: 100 hours
  • Type Rating: Beechcraft 1900/1900D (Required)
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
