✈️ About the role

Join the flight deck as a Beechcraft 1900 First Officer and help deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain, apply disciplined SOPs, and communicate clearly while building valuable multi-crew turbine experience.

  • Execute all phases of flight under the Captain’s direction with a strong safety and compliance mindset.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight & balance.
  • Use checklists methodically and apply CRM to maintain situational awareness and clear cockpit communication.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and assist with normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures as required.
  • Complete accurate post-flight documentation and uphold standards outlined in the Crew Practices Manual.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 250 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Flight time note: IATRA must be completed within the last 18 months
  • Licences required: IATRA, IR, ME
  • Accepted licences: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

  • Mobility: Ability to travel away from home, including overnights
  • Scheduling: Flexibility to work varying shifts
  • Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC
  • Border: Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions
  • Training bond: Bond applies (per Crew Practices Manual)
