🧭 Your mission
As a First Officer on the B1900, you will deliver safe, efficient, and reliable turboprop operations while upholding the highest professional standards on the flight deck and beyond.
- Operate the Beechcraft 1900 in compliance with SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Lead thorough preflight preparation: performance, W&B, fuel planning, NOTAMs, and weather.
- Conduct pre/post-flight inspections and ensure a safe, orderly flight deck and cabin/cargo.
- Work seamlessly with the Captain, Dispatch, and Ground Ops to ensure on-time performance.
- Represent the airline with excellent manners, clear communication, and a confident demeanor.
- Support operational tasks outside of flight duty when required (e.g., documentation, ground support, training logistics).
- Embrace a flexible roster and short-notice assignments with a strong team spirit.
🧰 What you bring
- License: Valid EASA CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- Languages: German and English (minimum ICAO Level 4)
- Type rating: Not required — NTR applicants welcome
- Passport: Valid and unrestricted
- Background check: Valid/current
- Soft skills: Excellent manners, confident presence, high flexibility, and strong team spirit
- Driving: Class B driving licence and access to a car
- Location: Residence in the immediate vicinity of Dresden
- Extra: Willingness to perform tasks outside of flight duty

- Type rating not required; company training provided for B1900 operations.
- Option for a self-financed type rating if preferred to accelerate onboarding.
- Ongoing recurrent training, line checks, and continuous professional development.
