🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on the B1900, you will deliver safe, efficient, and reliable turboprop operations while upholding the highest professional standards on the flight deck and beyond.

  • Operate the Beechcraft 1900 in compliance with SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead thorough preflight preparation: performance, W&B, fuel planning, NOTAMs, and weather.
  • Conduct pre/post-flight inspections and ensure a safe, orderly flight deck and cabin/cargo.
  • Work seamlessly with the Captain, Dispatch, and Ground Ops to ensure on-time performance.
  • Represent the airline with excellent manners, clear communication, and a confident demeanor.
  • Support operational tasks outside of flight duty when required (e.g., documentation, ground support, training logistics).
  • Embrace a flexible roster and short-notice assignments with a strong team spirit.

🧰 What you bring

  • License: Valid EASA CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Languages: German and English (minimum ICAO Level 4)
  • Type rating: Not required — NTR applicants welcome
  • Passport: Valid and unrestricted
  • Background check: Valid/current
  • Soft skills: Excellent manners, confident presence, high flexibility, and strong team spirit
  • Driving: Class B driving licence and access to a car
  • Location: Residence in the immediate vicinity of Dresden
  • Extra: Willingness to perform tasks outside of flight duty
