🧰 What you’ll do

  • Command Beechcraft 1900 operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the flight deck with strong CRM, mentoring the First Officer and supporting a just culture.
  • Own preflight planning, performance, fuel, alternates, and weather decision-making.
  • Deliver a safe, punctual, and customer-focused operation across varied routes and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate operational and technical records to an auditable standard.

🌟 What you bring

  • Valid CPL and Class 2 medical.
  • Ability to obtain company approvals and complete Beechcraft 1900 type training.
  • Strong airmanship, decision-making, and leadership under IFR and VFR.
  • Sound knowledge of multi-engine turboprop operations and performance planning. Turbine or multi-crew time is an advantage.
  • Clear, professional communication and a safety-first mindset.

🎓 Training and development

Non-type-rated pilots are encouraged. You’ll receive structured ground school, simulator, and line training to achieve Beechcraft 1900 proficiency and release to line.
