Alpine Air is hiring experienced full-time Captains to operate Beechcraft 1900 aircraft in our flight operations. We’re looking for safety-focused aviators with excellent piloting ability, strong CRM, and professional customer relations. 🧭 What you’ll do
- Safely operate the Beechcraft 1900 in accordance with company SOPs and FAR Part 135 requirements.
- Exhibit sound judgment, precise flying skills, and exemplary CRM.
- Maintain professional, courteous customer relations at every touchpoint.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with crew, dispatch, and operations.
- Complete initial and recurrent training, consistently demonstrating proficiency.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License req.: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
- Medical: Class 2
- Strong professional interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred
- Must meet Part 135 pilot requirements
- Ability to complete training and demonstrate proficiency with job requirements
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and residency in the U.S. for at least 4.5 of the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check, and obtain U.S. Postal clearance
🌟 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 1,200 hours
- Multi‑engine: 100 hours
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Open to Lic. Holders: FAA
🧑✈️ Training and progression
NTR: No type rating required. Alpine Air provides aircraft-specific training and recurrent checks to ensure proficiency and compliance with company standards and Part 135 regulations.
