As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations on the BAe 146/Avro RJ across domestic and international routes, including the United States and Europe. You’ll set the tone for a strong safety culture, mentor your crew, and deliver dependable performance in varied environments.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Command all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and SMS best practices.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in operational decision-making, performance planning, and risk management.
  • Lead and mentor flight and cabin crews to maintain a professional, collaborative cockpit environment.
  • Ensure exemplary standards of safety, compliance, and service on every sector.
  • Maintain proficiency through training, checking, and recurrent programs.
  • Operate to varied destinations and conditions, adapting to evolving operational needs.

🌟 What you bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • License: TCCA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 2,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 2,500 hours
  • MPIC: 2,500 hours on aircraft > 5,700 kg
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Travel Documents: Current passport; able to travel to the United States and Europe
  • Security: Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian RAIC
  • Safety Culture: Demonstrated commitment to safety and SOP discipline
  • Testing: Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
