🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer, you will operate the Boeing 737NG within a multi-crew environment, upholding SOPs and the highest safety standards while contributing to on-time performance and an excellent passenger experience.

  • Execute safe, compliant B737NG operations in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Demonstrate exemplary CRM, TEM, and decision-making alongside the Captain and cabin crew.
  • Participate in initial type rating (if NTR), line training, and recurrent checks to maintain proficiency.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each sector, managing performance, fuel, and operational considerations.
  • Champion a just culture and continuous improvement mindset on every flight.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 1,500 hours minimum (or 800 hours total for military)
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Multi-pilot: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5

🌟 Additional requirements

  • AUPRT & MCC: Required unless you currently hold, or have previously held, an EASA multi‑pilot type rating
  • Background check: No criminal record and able to pass a 5‑year security vetting
  • Right to work: Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC
  • Passport: Unrestricted and valid

🌍 Training & development

Successful NTR candidates will receive a comprehensive Boeing 737NG type rating program, followed by base and line training designed to build confidence, competence, and long-term career progression within a multi-crew operation.
