🧭 What you’ll do
- Assume command of B737NG cargo flights, ensuring the safe, timely transportation of freight.
- Lead all phases of flight operations—from preflight planning and performance calculations to post-flight debriefs.
- Uphold and enforce all applicable regulations, company SOPs, and operational standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- Maintain situational awareness and exercise sound judgment in dynamic operational environments.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize mission success.
- Participate in initial and recurrent training to maintain currency and proficiency.

- Schedule flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- License: ATP (FAA).
- Medical: FAA First Class (Class 1).
- Type rating: Not required; training provided (NTR).
- Flight experience: Minimum flight experience as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in cargo aviation or similar operations.
- Preferred: Previous experience in cargo aviation or relevant flight operations.
