🧭 What you’ll do

• Assume command of B737NG cargo flights, ensuring the safe, timely transportation of freight.
• Lead all phases of flight operations—from preflight planning and performance calculations to post-flight debriefs.
• Uphold and enforce all applicable regulations, company SOPs, and operational standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Maintain situational awareness and exercise sound judgment in dynamic operational environments.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize mission success.
• Participate in initial and recurrent training to maintain currency and proficiency.

• License: ATP (FAA).
• Medical: FAA First Class (Class 1).
• Type rating: Not required; training provided (NTR).
• Flight experience: Minimum flight experience as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in cargo aviation or similar operations.
• Preferred: Previous experience in cargo aviation or relevant flight operations.
