🧰 Your Flight Deck Credentials (Minimum Requirements)
- Current ATR type rating; demonstrated experience on ATR family variants (ATR 42/72).
- CPL with IR and ME.
- ICAO licence holders welcome (EASA validation required prior to line operations).
- Valid Class 1 medical (ICAO standard).
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
🧾 Regulatory Clearances (Additional Requirements)
- Successful completion of all EASA-required background checks.
- Ability to obtain a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Ability to obtain EASA English Language Proficiency Level 4+.
- Ability to obtain an EU residence permit (visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
- Ability to obtain an EASA licence validation.
- No-incident/accident certificate (from authority or previous employer).
- No criminal record.
- Acceptance of a 24-month training bond.

- Execute precise flight planning, performance, and fuel calculations in coordination with the Captain and operations team.
- Champion a just culture: report, learn, and act on safety data to continuously improve.
- Apply exemplary CRM and communication in all phases of flight.
- Maintain currency through recurrent training and checks as required by EASA and company standards.
