🧭 Role overview

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to plan and conduct every phase of flight to the highest standard, championing safety, professionalism, and passenger care on every sector.

• Operate the ATR 72 in full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply robust CRM and threat-and-error management to support safe, on-time operations.
• Review and brief performance data, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and mass & balance.
• Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with discipline and situational awareness.
• Communicate clearly with crew, ATC, and customers to deliver a calm, professional experience.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• ATR 72 type rating required.
• Valid UK CAA CPL with IR and ME.
• Current Class 1 medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Unrestricted right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided.
