🧰 Your Flight Deck Credentials (Minimum Requirements)

  • Current ATR type rating; demonstrated experience on ATR family variants (ATR 42/72).
  • CPL with IR and ME.
  • ICAO licence holders welcome (EASA validation required prior to line operations).
  • Valid Class 1 medical (ICAO standard).
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.

🧾 Regulatory Clearances (Additional Requirements)

  • Successful completion of all EASA-required background checks.
  • Ability to obtain a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Ability to obtain EASA English Language Proficiency Level 4+.
  • Ability to obtain an EU residence permit (visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
  • Ability to obtain an EASA licence validation.
  • No-incident/accident certificate (from authority or previous employer).
  • No criminal record.
  • Acceptance of a 24-month training bond.

  • Operate the ATR 72 in a multi-crew IFR environment in full compliance with SOPs and company policies.
  • Execute precise flight planning, performance, and fuel calculations in coordination with the Captain and operations team.
  • Champion a just culture: report, learn, and act on safety data to continuously improve.
  • Apply exemplary CRM and communication in all phases of flight.
  • Maintain currency through recurrent training and checks as required by EASA and company standards.
