🧭 Your Mission

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient, and on-time operations across a dynamic route network. You’ll work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, applying company SOPs and a strong safety culture from pushback to shutdown.

  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft setup.
  • Manage checklists, FMS inputs, and navigation under varying weather and operational conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC and crew, maintaining situational awareness and workload management.
  • Contribute to our Safety Management System (SMS) through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 750 hours total flight time.
  • Valid IATRA and TCCA licence.
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
  • Eligible to obtain a RAIC (Red Pass).
  • Non‑type rated applicants welcome — ATR 72 training provided.
