🧭 Your Mission

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient, and on-time operations across a dynamic route network. You’ll work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, applying company SOPs and a strong safety culture from pushback to shutdown.

Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft setup.
Manage checklists, FMS inputs, and navigation under varying weather and operational conditions.
Communicate effectively with ATC and crew, maintaining situational awareness and workload management.
Contribute to our Safety Management System (SMS) through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Minimum 750 hours total flight time.
Valid IATRA and TCCA licence.
Current Class 1 medical certificate.
ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
Eligible to obtain a RAIC (Red Pass).
Non‑type rated applicants welcome — ATR 72 training provided.
