✈️ The Opportunity

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you’ll fly regional and transborder operations, delivering a smooth, professional experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of safety and airmanship. Non‑type rated pilots are encouraged to apply—company-provided ATR 72 type training is included.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Operate the ATR 72 in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable Canadian aviation regulations.
  • Execute departures, arrivals, and approaches in diverse weather and terrain with sound judgment and CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain, OCC, and ground teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
  • Champion a safety‑first culture through meticulous checklist discipline and threat/error management.
  • Deliver professional, courteous service and represent the airline with integrity on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • License req.: IATRA, SAMRA/SARON
  • Open to Lic. Holders: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 (or higher)
  • Employment: Permanent
  • NTR: Yes – Non‑Type Rated candidates welcome

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Preference for applicants with transport category turbine or turbojet experience.

🛡️ Additional Requirements

  • A valid Canadian passport or Canadian work permit.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a RAIC.
  • Eligibility to travel/operate to the United States and any other countries within our network.
  • No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted.
  • Covid‑19 vaccination may be required where permitted by applicable law.
