🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Captain ATR 72 cargo flights, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time operations across our network
  • Lead the flight deck and mentor crew, championing SOPs, CRM, and just culture
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis
  • Oversee loading, weight & balance, and cargo security for each mission
  • Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic operational and weather environments
  • Maintain airworthiness and documentation standards, including regulatory and company reporting
  • Operate within Canadian domestic and cross-border procedures, including U.S. operations

🌟 What You Bring

  • Total Flight Time: 4,000+ hours
  • Licence: Valid TCCA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
  • Type Rating: Not required — company training provided for the ATR 72
  • Preferred Experience: Transport category turbine or turbojet time
  • Passport: Valid, with ability to travel to the United States and other countries in our network
  • Security: Eligible to obtain and retain a RAIC; no criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
