ATR 42 First Officer – Training Provided (NTR)

🧭 Your mission

• Operate the ATR 42 safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
• Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
• Execute checklists, monitor systems, and manage communications to maintain situational awareness.
• Apply strong CRM/TEM practices, contributing to a collaborative, safety-first cockpit environment.
• Adapt to changing operational conditions, including weather, ATC, and ground operations.
• Represent the airline professionally with crew, ground teams, and customers.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Licensing: Valid TCCA licence with IATRA, IR, and ME.
• Medical: Transport Canada Class 1 medical.
• Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
• Type Rating: Not required; comprehensive training provided (NTR welcome).

• Ability to travel and a valid Canadian passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a restricted area pass through WAA.
• Ability to meet all Transport Canada Security Clearance regulations.
