🧭 Your mission
As Second-in-Command, you will support the Captain in all phases of flight, execute IFR operations with precision, and uphold the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as First Officer on the ATR 42 in Part 121 operations.
- Operate in an IFR environment with strong systems knowledge, procedural discipline, and situational awareness.
- Execute standard operating procedures, checklists, and company policies with consistency.
- Practice effective CRM, clear radio/crew communications, and timely decision-making.
- Participate in training, recurrent checks, and proficiency programs to maintain currency.
- Comply with the company’s FAA/DOT Drug and Alcohol Program at all times.

📏 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 250 hours
- Multi-engine: 50 hours
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
🎓 Certificates & compliance
- License Required: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 2
- Additional Requirements: Meets all requirements under Part 61.159
- Currency: IFR currency and proficiency maintained
- Program Compliance: Adherence to FAA/DOT Drug and Alcohol Program
