🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient ATR 42 operations, model exemplary CRM, and deliver a smooth, professional experience from briefing to block-in. You’ll exercise sound judgment, uphold SOPs, and mentor the crew while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command ATR 42 flights with an uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel strategy, alternates, and MEL/CDL considerations.
  • Execute departures, enroute, and approaches to company and regulatory standards, including low-visibility ops as authorized.
  • Champion effective CRM, clear communication, and decisive leadership across all phases of flight.
  • Complete flight documentation accurately and on time; support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain currency and readiness for checks, training, and recurrent requirements.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • PIC in Type: 2,000 hours on ATR 42
  • Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
  • Type rating: Required (ATR 42)
  • License req.: CPL, IR, ME
  • Open to Lic. Holders: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Last flight: Minimum 100 hours within the last 12 months

🌟 Preferred Profile

  • Total time: 3,000+ hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,500+ hours
  • ATR currency: Current on ATR 42/72 within the last 3 years

✅ Additional Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Record: No FAA violations/accidents/incidents/suspensions
  • Training history: No significant training/check ride failures
  • Documents: Current and valid driver’s license and passport
  • Radio permit: Current and valid FCC Radio Operator’s Permit
