As a senior flight deck leader on our ATR-42 fleet, you will uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care across our growing network—serving as an ambassador of SKY express values on every sector.

🧭 The Role

As Captain on the ATR-42, you will lead the flight crew, manage all aspects of safe and efficient flight operations, and ensure an exceptional passenger experience. You will champion SOP compliance, effective decision-making, and exemplary crew resource management while maintaining operational discipline from briefing to block-in.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

Lead the flight deck with a safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
Oversee flight planning and execution, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, payload, and operational risk assessments.
Deliver clear crew briefings and enable effective CRM throughout all phases of flight.
Uphold SKY express customer service standards; handle operational decisions with professionalism and care.
Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a positive, learning-focused cockpit culture.
Represent SKY express as an ambassador of our values on the ground and in the air.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

Total time: 3,000 hours
PIC in type: 500 hours on ATR-42
Type rating: Current ATR-42 type rating required
Last flight: On type within the previous 12 months
License: ATPL — EASA
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

🧭 Additional Requirements

No-incident/accident certificate: Issued by authority or previous employer
Background: No criminal record
IT literacy: Comfortable with modern FOC/EDTO tools, flight planning, and electronic documentation
Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must be eligible to work without company sponsorship)
