🧭 The Role
As First Officer, you will support safe and efficient flight operations from preflight to postflight, working closely with the Captain and wider team to deliver an outstanding, compliant operation.
- Execute flight duties in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to meticulous flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Maintain exemplary CRM, communication, and situational awareness at all times.
- Adapt to operational changes with a calm, team-focused mindset.
- Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement in the cockpit.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Airbus A330/A350, A320, or A340 (current/valid)
- Hours on type: Minimum 500 hours on A330/A350 OR 1,000 hours on A320
- Language proficiency: Spanish Level 6; English ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Team fit: Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; comfortable working in dynamic, multi-crew operations
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided (existing work authorization required)
Type-rated pilots only. Candidates must meet the stated hours for their qualifying Airbus type.
