Airbus First Officer (Multi‑Fleet) – Type Rating Provided

✈️ Airbus First Officer Opportunity

Step into the right seat of a modern Airbus cockpit. We’re hiring proactive, safety-focused First Officers to join our multi-aircraft Airbus fleet. Non-Type Rated pilots are welcome — comprehensive training and an Airbus type rating are provided for successful candidates.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Status: Non-Type Rated welcome
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • Minimum experience: 500 hours turbine
  • Flight time: At least 500 hours on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with an MTOM of ≥10 tons, or an approved passenger seating configuration for ≥20 passengers.
  • Licence requirements: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME
  • Open to licence holders: SACAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
  • Preferred: Airbus type-rated/experience preferred; EASA licence an advantage

🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on our Airbus fleet, you’ll support safe, efficient operations across regional and international networks while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.

  • Operate as PF/PM under the Captain’s command, adhering to SOPs, FCOM/QRH, and company policies.
  • Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and threat/error management.
  • Maintain exemplary situational awareness, checklist discipline, and CRM on every sector.
  • Contribute to a just culture by reporting safety concerns and participating in continuous improvement.
  • Successfully complete Airbus type rating and operator conversion training (provided).

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
  • Minimum 500 hours turbine time, including: 500+ hours on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with MTOM ≥10 tons, or configured for ≥20 passengers.
  • Current Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Strong CRM, decision-making, and communication skills; calm under pressure with a safety-first mindset.
  • Eligibility as a SACAA licence holder; EASA licence is advantageous.
  • Airbus type rating/experience is preferred but not essential.
