✈️ Airbus First Officer Opportunity
Step into the right seat of a modern Airbus cockpit. We’re hiring proactive, safety-focused First Officers to join our multi-aircraft Airbus fleet. Non-Type Rated pilots are welcome — comprehensive training and an Airbus type rating are provided for successful candidates.
🧭 Your mission
As a First Officer on our Airbus fleet, you’ll support safe, efficient operations across regional and international networks while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.
- Operate as PF/PM under the Captain’s command, adhering to SOPs, FCOM/QRH, and company policies.
- Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and threat/error management.
- Maintain exemplary situational awareness, checklist discipline, and CRM on every sector.
- Contribute to a just culture by reporting safety concerns and participating in continuous improvement.
- Successfully complete Airbus type rating and operator conversion training (provided).
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
- Minimum 500 hours turbine time, including: 500+ hours on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with MTOM ≥10 tons, or configured for ≥20 passengers.
- Current Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Strong CRM, decision-making, and communication skills; calm under pressure with a safety-first mindset.
- Eligibility as a SACAA licence holder; EASA licence is advantageous.
- Airbus type rating/experience is preferred but not essential.
