🧭 Your Role

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across the A320 family. You’ll work closely with your Captain and cabin crew, executing SOPs to the highest standard while maintaining exemplary situational awareness and communication.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate using strong CRM to support sound, timely decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight planning, briefings, and performance calculations.
  • Champion a safety-first culture with proactive TEM and compliance discipline.
  • Contribute to on-time performance with professional, calm operations in dynamic environments.

  • Type-rated on the Airbus A320 family (required).
  • Minimum 1000 hours on type.
  • Minimum 2000 block hours total time.
  • Valid EASA ATPL.
  • Valid Class 1 medical.
  • Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4.
