Airbus A320 First Officer (Type-Rated)

🧭 The role

As an A320 First Officer, you will operate as PF and PM, executing all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices in CRM and SMS.

• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and FMS setup.
• Maintain exemplary situational awareness and communication with ATC and the flight deck.
• Apply threat-and-error management to ensure safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations.
• Support a just culture by reporting hazards and contributing to continuous safety improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Hours on type: 500+ hours on the A320 family
• Type rating: A320 family type rating (required)
• Currency: Current A320 family type rating with last date of flight within the past 3 months
• License: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Accepted authorities: EASA, FAA, ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
