As an A320 First Officer, you’ll operate in a professional, bilingual cockpit, supporting safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll receive comprehensive A320 training, fly with experienced Captains, and contribute to a strong safety and service culture while developing your skills on a premier fly-by-wire platform.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Execute all phases of flight on the A320 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain in flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and decision-making.
- Conduct precise preflight inspections, systems checks, and briefings to ensure safe and punctual operations.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness and CRM, communicating clearly in English and Spanish.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with calm, procedural discipline.
- Champion a just culture, proactive safety reporting, and continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License: CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Passport & Visa: Valid passport and a valid US B1/B2 visa
- Open to Lic. Holders: UAEAC
- Strong airmanship, systems knowledge, and a disciplined approach to SOPs.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
