🧭 The role

As a First Officer on the A320 family, you’ll support the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and service.

Operate the Airbus A320 family in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, and thorough briefings.
Manage and monitor aircraft systems and the FMS across all phases of flight.
Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with ATC and crew, applying strong CRM and TEM principles.
Champion safety, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset on every sector.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Minimum total flight time: 200 hours.
Valid CPL with IR and ME.
Class 1 medical certificate.
Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4.
Proficient in English and Spanish.
Valid passport.

🌟 Preferred

Operational experience on the Airbus A320 family.

Open to license holders: DGAC (Peru)
Type rating: Not required; A320 training provided upon selection.
