Join our Flight Operations Base in Ecuador and help deliver safe, punctual flights on a modern mixed fleet. Non-Type Rated pilots are welcome—full type training is provided.
✈️ The opportunity
As a First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient operations across our A320 and B767 networks. You will apply sound airmanship, excellent CRM, and disciplined SOP adherence from preflight through postflight, contributing your skills and professionalism to every sector.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, and route optimization.
- Operate FMS and avionics with precision; manage checklists and briefings.
- Maintain strong situational awareness and practice proactive TEM/CRM.
- Communicate professionally with ATC, ground teams, and cabin crew.
- Champion a just culture of safety, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training to achieve and retain type qualifications as assigned.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 200 hours
- Type rating: Not required — Training Provided
- License: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted licenses: DGAC (EC)
- Medical: Class 2
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Documents: Valid passport; Valid US Visa B1/B2
