🧭 Your mission
As an A320 Family First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply robust threat and error management, maintaining vigilant situational awareness at all times.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and FMS preparation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with ATC, cabin crew, and ground operations.
- Champion safety culture, report hazards proactively, and contribute to a just culture environment.
- Deliver a smooth, customer-focused experience while protecting operational integrity.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Type rating: Current Airbus A320 Family type rating (required)
- License: ATPL — open to EASA, FAA, and ICAO holders
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
We welcome qualified pilots holding EASA, FAA, or ICAO licenses who meet the above criteria.

- Latest PTPC: Most recent PTPC

- Logbook: Most recent 3 months
- Employment Certificate: From current or most recent employer
- Reference: Letter from Chief Pilot
- Non-criminal record: Issued by authority of birthplace or current domicile
