🧭 Role at a Glance

You will operate A320 Family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and international regulations, working closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You agree to accept the base determined by the company and to reside there.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

Licenses: CPL with IR and ME
License Authorities: Acceptable from DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO
Medical: Class 1
Type Rating: Current A320 Family type rating
Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher; Blue Card holders must speak Turkish fluently and clearly
Education: At least high school graduation

🌟 Additional Requirements

No written penalties for flight-related safety failures or indiscipline
No criminal record or criminal archive record
No failed training, check, or control flights at Turkish Airlines (THY AO) or any other airline
Not previously separated from THY AO or its subsidiaries through termination
Acceptance of the company-assigned base and willingness to reside there
Successful completion of the final pre-employment examination by AJet workplace physicians
