🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate A320 family aircraft as PF/PM in strict accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, systems checks, and briefings with a focus on threat and error management.
- Maintain high situational awareness, apply robust CRM principles, and support timely, well-informed decisions with the Captain.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Russian; for Uzbek citizens, also in the state language as required for cockpit operations.
- Monitor fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and MEL/CDL items; ensure accurate post-flight paperwork and debriefs.
- Champion a safety-first culture, contribute to reporting and continuous improvement, and remain ready for checks and recurrent training.
🧰 What you bring
- In-type experience: Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
- Type rating: Current A320 type rating
- Recency: Flown on type within the last 9 months
- License: ICAO ATPL (Open to ICAO license holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: English and Russian operational proficiency; ELP Level 4 or higher
- State language: For citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, proficiency in the state language for cockpit duties
- Experience (foreign citizens): Minimum 5 years total flight experience
