🧭 Your Mission

As an A320 First Officer, you will ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations from pushback to shutdown. You will execute SOPs precisely, champion threat and error management, and collaborate with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a consistently excellent passenger and operational experience.

  • Operate the Airbus A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Support robust preflight planning, performance calculations, and FMS setup.
  • Practice strong CRM, clear communications, and timely decision-making.
  • Conduct accurate fuel, weight-and-balance, and systems cross-checks.
  • Uphold a just culture with a proactive approach to safety reporting.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • In type: 500 hours on the A320 family
  • Type rating: Required (A320 family)
  • Currency: Current A320 family type rating with last flight within 3 months
  • License required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
