✈️ About the role

As a GlobalX First Officer, you’ll ensure the safe, compliant, and punctual operation of Airbus A320 family aircraft while modeling exceptional crew coordination and customer communication. You’ll embody our one-crew philosophy—prioritizing safety, teamwork, and respect—so every flight runs smoothly and every customer feels valued.

🧭 What you’ll do

Operate A320 family aircraft in full compliance with FARs and company SOPs, emphasizing safety and on-time performance.
Execute all phases of flight with strong CRM, clear decision-making, and a collaborative, one-crew approach.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, weight and balance, weather, and NOTAM review.
Communicate with customers and crew directly and respectfully—building trust through care, kindness, and authenticity.
Maintain aircraft, operational, and regulatory documentation to company standards.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

1,500 hours total flight time.
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license.
Valid FAA First Class Medical.
FAA Airmen Certificate.
Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Valid passport and ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States.

🎯 Preferred

Airbus A320 type rating.
