  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License Required: ATP
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft with uncompromising commitment to safety and on-time performance.
  • Embody a one-crew, team-first approach—supporting your Captain, cabin crew, and operations partners.
  • Communicate directly and authentically with customers and colleagues—with care, kindness, and respect—to build lasting trust.
  • Apply SOPs, sound judgment, and strong CRM to manage changing conditions and deliver a smooth operation.
  • Represent GlobalX professionally on every sector, upholding our standards on and off the aircraft.

🧰 What you bring

  • Total time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Certificates: FAA Airmen Certificate; Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided); A320 type rating preferred
  • Travel: Valid passport; ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
  • Team-first mindset, strong CRM skills, and a calm, customer-focused communication style.

Note: Non-type rated pilots are welcome to apply. Training is provided on the A320 family.
