🧭 Your Mission

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Captain and Operations team to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across the A320 family. You’ll execute SOPs flawlessly, manage the flight across all phases, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Operate the Airbus A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Apply strong CRM and decision-making to support smooth, on-time performance.
  • Use modern avionics and EFB tools to plan and optimize each sector.
  • Collaborate with the wider operations team to uphold operational excellence and customer care.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • In type: 500 hours on Airbus A320 family
  • Type rating: Required on Airbus A320 family
  • Last flight: On A320 family within the previous 12 months (preferred)
  • License req.: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Open to Lic. Holders: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5

🌟 Additional Requirements

  • Safety record: No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
  • Background: No criminal record
  • IT skills: IT literate; comfortable with EFB and digital ops systems

Note: Candidates must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the role’s base country; sponsorship is not available.
