✈️ The Opportunity
As an A320 Family Captain, you’ll lead a professional crew, uphold the highest standards of airmanship and compliance, and ensure every sector is conducted safely, punctually, and with outstanding passenger care. You’ll bring proven decision-making, refined CRM, and a calm, communicative presence on the flight deck.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command A320 family operations in full compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and operational policies.
- Lead flight planning, performance calculations, threat and error management, and fuel strategy for each sector.
- Exercise sound judgment and leadership during normal, abnormal, and emergency scenarios.
- Foster effective Crew Resource Management, clear communication, and a positive safety culture.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, ground operations, engineering, and cabin leadership to deliver an excellent operation.
- Champion continuous improvement, mentoring First Officers and contributing to a high-performing team.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- A320 Family type rating required and current.
- Minimum 1,000 hours on A320 family.
- Current on type within the last 9 months.
- Valid ATPL (ICAO accepted).
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Professional proficiency in English and Russian for operational duties.
- Uzbek proficiency required for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for operational duties as part of the flight crew.
- For foreign citizens: at least 5 years of total flight experience.
- Visa sponsorship not provided — existing right to work and travel is required.
