  • Training: Certificate of Upset Recovery Training in a Full Flight Simulator

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320 family operations with uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering teamwork and professional standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Make sound, data-driven decisions in dynamic operational environments.
  • Champion SOP adherence, SMS reporting, and a proactive safety culture.
  • Deliver consistently excellent passenger experience and on-time performance.

🌟 What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours minimum
  • PIC Time (Total): 1,500 hours minimum
  • Time in Type (A320 family): 1,500 hours minimum
  • PIC in Type: 500 hours minimum
  • Type Rating: Current A320 family type rating required
  • License: Valid ATPL
  • Medical: Valid Class 1 medical
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Currency: Last flight on A320 within the previous 12 months
  • Training: Upset Recovery Training certificate (Full Flight Simulator)
  • Safety Record: No accident/incident history within the past 5 years

🧰 Required Documents (Additional Requirements)

  • CAA Authentication Letter: Letter of authentication from the Civil Aviation Authority of the CPL/ATPL country of origin, including the name and email address of the CAA Licensing Officer.
  • Recommendation/Release: Recommendation letter or release letter from previous airline(s).
  • Criminal Record Check: Issued within 6 months and notarized by the Vietnam embassy in the country of origin.
