🧭 What you’ll do
As Captain, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of A320 family flights across our network.
- Lead a professional multi-crew flight deck, fostering a just culture and strong CRM.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, EU OPS, and company manuals.
- Exercise sound operational judgment in dynamic, multi-base European operations.
- Champion safety, reliability, and on-time performance while mentoring flight crew.
- Embrace technology and data-driven decision-making in a modern FBW environment.
🧰 What you bring
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5 or higher
- Type Rating: Current A320 Family (Type-Rated)
- Total Time: 3,000+ hours
- PIC on Airbus FBW: 1,000+ command hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,000+ hours
- Turbine: 2,000+ hours
- Multi-Crew, Turbine (MTOW ≥ 20T): 2,000+ hours
- Last Flight on Type: Within the previous 12 months
- Records: No-incident/accident certificate (issued by authority or previous employer)
- Right to Work: Unrestricted in the EU
- Background: No criminal record
- IT Skills: IT literate and comfortable with digital flight operations tools
