Airbus A320 Family Captain – Permanent EU Opportunity

🧭 What you’ll do

As Captain, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of A320 family flights across our network.

• Lead a professional multi-crew flight deck, fostering a just culture and strong CRM.
• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, EU OPS, and company manuals.
• Exercise sound operational judgment in dynamic, multi-base European operations.
• Champion safety, reliability, and on-time performance while mentoring flight crew.
• Embrace technology and data-driven decision-making in a modern FBW environment.

🧰 What you bring

• License: EASA ATPL
• Medical: EASA Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 5 or higher
• Type Rating: Current A320 Family (Type-Rated)
• Total Time: 3,000+ hours
• PIC on Airbus FBW: 1,000+ command hours
• Multi-Engine: 2,000+ hours
• Turbine: 2,000+ hours
• Multi-Crew, Turbine (MTOW ≥ 20T): 2,000+ hours
• Last Flight on Type: Within the previous 12 months
• Records: No-incident/accident certificate (issued by authority or previous employer)
• Right to Work: Unrestricted in the EU
• Background: No criminal record
• IT Skills: IT literate and comfortable with digital flight operations tools
