🧭 The opportunity

As an A320 Family Captain, you will command line operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP excellence. You will model professionalism on every sector, mentor your crew, and uphold a culture of discipline and accountability. Candidates must be currently flying or have flown within the last six months.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • ATPL: Valid ATPL accepted from EASA, FAA, or ICAO.
  • Medical: Current Class 1.
  • Type rating: Current A320 Family type rating.
  • Total time: 4,000+ hours, including experience on aircraft over 27 tonnes MTOW.
  • PIC on type: 500+ hours as PIC on A320 Family.
  • Recent experience: Actively flown within the last six months.
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.

🌟 Additional eligibility

  • At least high school graduation.
  • Not having received any written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
  • No criminal record or criminal archive record.
  • Incident/Accident Clearance Statement.
  • Accepting the place to be shown by AJet as the main base and residing there.
  • Not having quitted jobs in Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline previously.
  • Not having left Turkish Airlines Inc. and its affiliates due to contract termination previously.
  • Logbook pages must be updated and approved.
  • Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation process must have a valid flight license with at least 2 months of validity remaining as of the employment start date.
  • Must be able to pass the pre-employment health examination.

📑 Documents to prepare

  • Updated and approved logbook pages.
  • Copy of valid ATPL and A320 Family type rating.
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Proof of ICAO ELP Level 4+.
  • Incident/Accident Clearance Statement.
  • Criminal record and archive certificates (as applicable).

Ensure your flight license will remain valid for at least two months beyond the intended employment start date.

  • Command A320 Family flights in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit sound judgement in flight planning, decision-making, and risk management.
  • Lead, brief, and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to maintain exemplary standards.
  • Champion a safety-first, disciplined, and just culture on every sector.
