🧭 Role overview
As Captain on the A320 Family, you will lead the flight deck, safeguard operational excellence, and deliver a consistently safe, efficient, and on-time service. You will exercise sound judgment, foster a strong safety culture, and mentor First Officers while upholding EASA and company standards.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Command A320 Family operations in full compliance with EASA regulations, company SOPs, and SMS.
- Lead the crew with exemplary CRM, TEM, and a Just Culture mindset.
- Oversee preflight planning: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and dispatch coordination.
- Conduct thorough briefings, checklists, and post-flight reporting and debriefs.
- Manage decision-making during irregular operations and changing conditions.
- Champion continuous improvement, training standards, and mentoring for First Officers.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2500 hours
- PIC in Type: 1000 hours on A320 Family
- Flight time notes: Minimum 2500 flight hours total experience on aircraft MTOW ≥ 27,000 kg
- Type rating: Required on Airbus A320 Family
- License holders: EASA
- License req.: ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 5
🧭 Additional eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an airline pilot.
- No administrative penalty from any Civil Aviation Authority and not involved in any aviation-related accident.
- Eligibility to work within the EU (visa sponsorship not provided).
- Criminal free record.
- Ability to reach the assigned base within 60 minutes during stand-by duties.
