Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, you will play a key role in delivering safe and reliable aviation services.

  • License required: ATP / ATPL (Accepted: EASA, FAA, ICAO, UK CAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher

  • Reports to: Director of Flight Operations

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Captain Airbus A320 family operations in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
  • Lead the flight deck, setting the bar for safety, professionalism, CRM, and customer service.
  • Plan and execute international routes, optimizing performance, fuel, and payload while managing operational risk.
  • Assess weather and operational conditions, making sound go/no‑go and in‑flight decisions.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, ATC, cabin crew, and ground teams to ensure safe, on‑time, and efficient operations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight briefings, checklists, and post‑flight reporting and debriefs.
  • Foster a just culture by reporting hazards and promoting continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated leadership, decisive judgment, and effective communication in a multi‑crew environment.
  • Experience operating international routes and across varied environments, including adverse weather.
  • Unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Jet PIC: 500 hours
  • Corporate aviation time: Minimum 1,000 hours
  • License required: ATP / ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO, UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided

  • A valid A320 type rating.
