🧭 What You’ll Do

Command A320 family operations with uncompromising safety and compliance.
Lead the flight deck, mentoring the crew and fostering a just-culture environment.
Execute all phases of flight to SOPs, from preflight planning to post-flight debrief.
Maintain operational excellence through effective decision-making and CRM.
Represent the brand professionally with passengers, crew, and ground teams.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Total time: 3,000 hours+
PIC on type: 500 hours+ on A320 family
License: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR/ME
Type rating: Current Airbus A320 family
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Open to license holders: EASA
