🧰 What you will do

  • Command A320 family aircraft with unwavering adherence to SOPs and the highest safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, demonstrating exemplary CRM and communication.
  • Deliver operational excellence through precise flight planning, fuel and time management, and on-condition decision-making.
  • Champion a just culture, reporting and resolving safety concerns proactively.
  • Represent the airline professionally with regulators, ATC, and our passengers.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 4,000 hours
  • Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family type rating
  • Currency: Minimum of 200 flight hours flown within the last 12 months
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Background: Clean criminal record
  • Professional standards: Excellent CRM, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to safety and responsibility
  • Work authorization: Sponsorship is not provided; you must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the country of assignment
