🧭 Your mission

  • Command A320 family flights with unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger comfort.
  • Lead flight deck operations, modeling exemplary CRM and decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and operational risk assessments.
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in line with SOPs and DGAC regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative cockpit and cabin environment; coach and mentor First Officers.
  • Champion the Safety Management System, reporting culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, ground teams, and customers in both English and Spanish.

🧰 What you bring

  • Current ATPL issued or validated by DGAC (Peru).
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Airbus A320 family type rating (current and type-experienced preferred).
  • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher; professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Proven leadership, situational awareness, and solid judgement under pressure.
  • Eligibility to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship.
  • Commitment to a safety-first mindset and exceptional customer service.
