✈️ The Opportunity
As an A320 Captain, you will command safe, efficient end-to-end operations, champion regulatory compliance, and mentor your crew. You will apply deep systems knowledge, strong leadership, and sound judgment to manage both routine and non-normal scenarios while driving punctual, cost-conscious performance.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Lead A320 family operations from preflight planning to secure shutdown, ensuring full compliance with Airline and civil aviation authority regulations.
- Execute SOPs and implement company policies, procedures, and manuals to approved standards; contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
- Maintain composure and focus in changing environments, handling ad‑hoc scenarios, operational disruptions, and emergencies with efficiency.
- Make informed decisions that balance safety, operational reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support safety, security, and quality programs; perform or support delegated safety/security responsibilities as required by regulation.
- Analyze operational data, identify pitfalls, and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
- Promote a collaborative cockpit culture and coach First Officers to elevate CRM and overall performance.
🧰 What You Bring
- Total flight time: minimum 4,000 hours.
- Current A320 type rating; recent experience on the Airbus A320 family strongly preferred.
- ATPL (open to ICAO license holders) and valid Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Proficiency in aircraft systems and operating procedures; confident with Microsoft Office for reports, analysis, and debriefs.
- Exposure to QA, Safety, Security, and Audit procedures impacting Flight Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement policies, procedures, and manuals in line with approved standards and regulations.
- Calm, self-confident leadership; proven crisis and threat management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a cost-oriented mindset.
- High accuracy and attention to both results and details; able to perform under heavy workload and shifting priorities.
- Technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support company objectives and deliver against set KPIs.
- Experience within a low-cost airline environment is highly desirable.
🌟 Assessments & Compliance
- Must successfully pass the Airline’s technical and psychometric assessments in accordance with the respective civil aviation authority standards.
- Meets all regulatory requirements for flight crew duty, and accepts delegated safety/security roles as required by Airline and authority regulations.
