As Captain, you will lead a professional flight deck on the A320 family, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll champion approved policies, procedures, and manuals, and support a just culture that drives continuous improvement across Flight Operations.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Operate the A320 family safely and efficiently in full compliance with company SOPs and civil aviation regulations.
• Implement approved policies, procedures, and manuals to the required standards and regulations.
• Maintain readiness to assume delegated security or safety-related roles as required by the Airline and the respective CAA.
• Apply QA, Safety, Security, and Audit procedures and practices related to and affecting Flight Operations.
• Perform effectively in changing environments with heavy work-load schedules and ad‑hoc scenarios; remain composed, self-confident, and focused when managing irregular operations, threats, or emergencies.
• Analyze operational data, identify pitfalls, and recommend cost-effective solutions; remain cost-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leverage deep knowledge of aircraft systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office to prepare briefings, reports, and operational documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Employ technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support company objectives, contributing to business strategy and delivering against set KPIs.

🌟 What You Bring

• Minimum total time: 4,000 hours.
• Type-Rated: Current Airbus A320 family type rating is required.
• License: Valid ATPL (ICAO).
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Proficiency in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office.
• Acceptable industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• High accuracy and attention to both results and details.
• Composed, self-confident, and focused; capable of handling emergencies and threats with efficiency.
• Capable of performing in a changing environment with heavy work-load schedules and ad-hoc scenarios.

💡 Preferred Profile

• Recent Airbus A320 experience is preferred.
• Experience with a low-cost airline environment is highly desirable.

🛡️ Assessment & Compliance

You must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for pilots in accordance with Airline requirements and the respective civil aviation authority standards.
