Command the Airbus A320 family on a permanent contract. We’re seeking a seasoned, type-rated Captain to lead safe, efficient operations and mentor the next generation of aviators. Visa sponsorship is available.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- PIC on A320 family: 1,000 hours
- Jet time: 2,000 hours
- Type rating: A320 type rating (current) required
- License: ATPL
- Open to license holders: EASA, FAA, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead safe, on-time A320 family operations in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Exercise sound command decision-making in all phases of flight, including adverse conditions.
- Mentor and develop First Officers; champion CRM, TEM, and a just culture on the flight deck.
- Oversee flight planning, fuel strategy, performance, and navigation integrity.
- Maintain personal proficiency and support a continuous safety improvement mindset.
