🧰 What you’ll bring

• Total time: 4,000 hours minimum
• License: ATPL (ICAO accepted)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided
• Preferred experience: Airbus A320 time; low-cost airline operations highly desirable
• Technical: Proficient in aircraft systems; skilled with Microsoft Office
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; capable in technical report writing and presentations
• Assessments: Must successfully pass airline and civil aviation authority technical/psychometric evaluations

• Command A320 family operations from preflight planning through postflight reporting with an uncompromising safety focus.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with flight and cabin crew to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-centric experience.
• Uphold SOPs, SMS, and all regulatory requirements of the State of Operator and State of Registry.
• Drive on-time performance and fuel‑efficient operations in a cost-conscious environment.
• Produce clear technical reports and contribute to briefings, training, and safety initiatives.
• Engage fully in A320 type transition training and continuous professional development.

• Non-Type Rated candidates are welcome; A320 type training is provided upon successful selection.
• Employment is contingent on passing all required assessments, medicals, and background checks per airline and authority standards.
