🧭 Role overview

As an A320 Captain, you will exercise command on A320 family aircraft, champion a safety-first culture, and mentor the flight deck to deliver reliable, passenger-focused operations.

• Exercise PIC authority, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements (GACA and ICAO).
• Lead the crew through all phases of flight, demonstrating sound decision-making, exceptional airmanship, and effective Crew Resource Management.
• Uphold operational standards in performance, fuel, and time management while maintaining exemplary safety margins.
• Represent the company professionally when engaging with passengers, crew, and operational stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC time on type: 800 hours on Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family
• License: ATPL issued by GACA (KSA) or an ICAO member state
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
