- Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel policy, and dispatch coordination; validate NOTAMs, weather, and MEL/CDL compliance.
- Exercise sound judgment and decisive leadership in dynamic, time-critical situations.
- Champion a safety-first culture through proactive threat and error management.
- Deliver a calm, customer-focused journey, collaborating closely with cabin leadership.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- A320 Type Rating: Current and valid
- In-type time: 500+ hours on A320 family
- Currency: Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
- License: ATPL — ECAA or ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Additional: Final exemption or release from military service
Only type-rated Captains meeting the stated currency and hour thresholds will be considered.
