🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Airbus A320 family operations with uncompromising safety, compliance, and SOP discipline.
- Lead, brief, and mentor the flight deck; empower open communication with cabin and ground teams.
- Make timely, data-driven decisions while maintaining situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Oversee meticulous flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and on-time execution.
- Champion a just culture and continuous improvement across a diverse, multi-cultural operation.
🧰 What you bring
- Flight experience minimums: Total time: 5000 hours; PIC: 1500 hours; In type (A320): 500 hours
- Type rating: A320 type-rated (current and valid)
- License: Valid ATPL accepted under ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication; ICAO ELP Level 4 minimum
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decisive judgment; calm, focused performance under pressure.
- Proven effectiveness in multi-cultural teams and customer-focused operations.
