Join the flight deck of a modern Airbus A220 fleet as a First Officer. This is a permanent opportunity for self-motivated, safety-first professionals. Non-type-rated applicants are welcome — full A220 training is provided.

Fluency in Bulgarian is required. Applications are considered from holders of EASA licenses who meet recent currency standards.

🧭 Your mission

As an A220 First Officer, you will operate to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and professionalism, partnering closely with the Captain and wider operations teams to deliver an exceptional and compliant flight experience.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion threat-and-error management and exemplary CRM on every sector.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each flight: performance, mass and balance, weather, and NOTAMs.
  • Contribute to an open, professional cockpit culture built on communication, discipline, and mutual respect.
  • Uphold a strong safety culture and the highest level of personal responsibility at all times.

📌 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1500 hours
  • Currency: Minimum of 200 flight hours flown within the last 12 months
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided)

🌟 Training and development

Non-type-rated candidates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive Airbus A220 training is provided, followed by line flying under supervision and ongoing recurrent training to keep your skills sharp and your knowledge current.
