🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on the Airbus A220, you will deliver a safe, punctual, and premium experience across our European network.

  • Operate the A220 in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best practice.
  • Partner with the Captain and crew to uphold exemplary CRM, safety, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and debriefings.
  • Monitor flight progress, systems, and fuel; proactively manage threats and errors.
  • Contribute to our reliability and on-time performance with calm, professional decision-making.
  • Embrace recurrent training and continuous improvement within a modern, data-driven operation.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: EASA ATPL (frozen) with IR, ME, MCC, and UPRT
  • Type rating: Valid Airbus A220 or Airbus A320 type rating (type-rated required)
  • Flight time: Minimum 500 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft
  • Training: MCC completed or MPL (Phase 4) completed
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
  • Education: General higher education entrance qualification or equivalent
  • License holders: Open to EASA license holders

  • Right to work: EU citizenship or unrestricted residence and work permit
  • Passport: Valid passport with unlimited validity; if non‑EU, no stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport
