Step into the right seat of a modern, efficient Airbus A220 fleet. This is a permanent opportunity for ambitious First Officers ready to grow, with a company-provided type rating for strong EASA candidates. Non‑Type Rated pilots are welcome.
🧭 The role at a glance
- Operate the A220 as First Officer, delivering safe, compliant, and on‑time operations under company SOPs.
- Work closely with the Captain and crew using strong CRM and threat & error management principles.
- Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Execute precise departures, en‑route navigation, and IFR procedures in diverse weather and airspace environments.
- Champion a safety‑first culture, reporting hazards and supporting continuous improvement and FDM initiatives.
🧰 Training & onboarding
- Type Rating Provided: Company-provided Airbus A220 type rating and line training for successful candidates.
- Structured ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line flying to ensure a confident transition to fleet operations.
- Ongoing recurrent training and professional development within a supportive training culture.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 500 hours.
- At least 500 hours in Commercial Air Transport on aircraft with MTOW > 10 t or configured for 19+ passenger seats.
- Licence: EASA frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- NTR welcome: A220 type rating not required; training provided.
- Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have the legal right to live and work as required.
