🧭 Role overview
As a Direct Entry Captain, you will safeguard the operation from pushback to parking, leading a professional crew with exemplary airmanship. You will set the standard for communication, decision-making, and teamwork—delivering safe, efficient flights and an outstanding passenger experience.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Lead all phases of A220 operations with uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong CRM and cockpit leadership, fostering open communication and teamwork.
- Exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment, managing threats and errors proactively.
- Maintain high levels of situational awareness, workload management, and task delegation.
- Coach and mentor flight crew to support a positive, learning-oriented culture.
- Collaborate effectively with operations, engineering, and ground teams across international stations.
📋 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours minimum.
- PIC on type: 500 hours minimum on the A220.
- Type rating: A220 type rating required (not expired more than 12 months).
- Recency: No break in flying greater than 12 months.
- License: Valid EASA ATPL.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted EU passport.

- Yellow fever vaccination.
