🧭 Role overview

As a Direct Entry Captain, you will safeguard the operation from pushback to parking, leading a professional crew with exemplary airmanship. You will set the standard for communication, decision-making, and teamwork—delivering safe, efficient flights and an outstanding passenger experience.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Lead all phases of A220 operations with uncompromising safety and compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong CRM and cockpit leadership, fostering open communication and teamwork.
  • Exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment, managing threats and errors proactively.
  • Maintain high levels of situational awareness, workload management, and task delegation.
  • Coach and mentor flight crew to support a positive, learning-oriented culture.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations, engineering, and ground teams across international stations.

📋 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours minimum.
  • PIC on type: 500 hours minimum on the A220.
  • Type rating: A220 type rating required (not expired more than 12 months).
  • Recency: No break in flying greater than 12 months.
  • License: Valid EASA ATPL.
  • Medical: EASA Class 1.
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Passport: Valid, unrestricted EU passport.

  • Yellow fever vaccination.
