AIRCALIN, New Caledonia’s international airline, operates a modern fleet of two A330neo and two A320neo aircraft and is renowned for safety, innovation, and service excellence. As we open our Nouméa–Paris route via Bangkok, we are recruiting two A330 First Officers to join our base in Nouméa.
🧭 Your mission
As an A330 First Officer at Aircalin, you will deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused long-haul operations while upholding our high standards across all phases of flight.
- Operate A330neo services across our network, including the new Nouméa–Paris route via Bangkok.
- Execute all duties in full compliance with SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to robust preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Work seamlessly within a multi-crew environment, demonstrating strong CRM and leadership potential.
- Champion Aircalin’s culture of safety, innovation, and service excellence.
✅ Minimum requirements
- License: Valid ATPL (EASA)
- Type rating: Airbus A330 (current)
- In-type experience: 500 hours on A330
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Fluency in French; ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
- Registration: Registered in the French flight crew register (RPN – Catégorie A)
- Record: Clean safety and disciplinary record

📍 Base and network
Based in Nouméa, you will operate across Aircalin’s network connecting the Pacific, Asia, and Europe, with the A330neo at the core of our long-haul operations.
