This permanent role is designed for disciplined, team-focused First Officers who bring solid turbine experience and the professionalism to thrive in a modern, EFIS-equipped, fly-by-wire cockpit.
🧭 Role at a Glance
🧰 Minimum Eligibility
- Total flight time: 650+ hours
- Turbine time: 500+ hours
- Current and valid A320 family type rating
- Current JCAB CPL/IR/ME with Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Level 4+, with operational proficiency in Japanese
- Aeronautical radio operator’s license (required)
📌 Flight Experience Criteria (Japan)
Candidates must have at least 500 hours of flight experience as a pilot with a scheduled airline in Japan on one of the following aircraft categories:
- Turboprop models with a capacity of 12,000 kg or more
- Aircraft models with a capacity of 30,000 kg or more
Notes: Experience must be Part 121/line operations with a scheduled carrier in Japan. Capacity/weight categories as defined by operator policy and applicable regulations.

- Experience operating in an EFIS flight deck
- Strong CRM and SOP discipline in high-tempo line operations
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements
- Support the Captain across all phases of flight: preflight planning, performance, briefings, and checklists
- Manage radios, navigation, and automation effectively in an EFIS/fly-by-wire environment
- Apply robust threat and error management, ensuring safety and on-time performance
- Deliver clear, professional communication in English and Japanese
