🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and international aviation regulations.
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, situational awareness, and crew resource management.
- Contribute to a professional, inclusive, and learning-oriented flight deck culture.
📌 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- In type (A320): 500 hours
- Type rating: A320 required
- Currency: Flown the A320 within the last 12 months with a current LPC. Applicants who do not meet the 12‑month recency requirement, but have flown the type within the last 36 months, may be considered taking into account overall experience.
- License required: ATPL (ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🧾 Documents to Provide
- A non‑accident/incident certificate
- A non‑criminal record from the place of previous residency
- Recommendation letters from your last two employers
- Training records from previous employer, including LPC and OPC
- Vaccination passport
- Valid, unrestricted passport
