🧭 The Opportunity

As an A320 First Officer, you will support the safe, efficient, and on-time operation of our charter services. This role suits both seasoned A320 pilots and recent graduates holding an A320 type rating who are ready to fly in a professional, safety-focused environment.

  • Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, and NOTAM review.
  • Execute checklists, briefings, and CRM to the highest standard alongside the Captain.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance at every phase of flight.
  • Contribute to punctual operations and a positive passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Valid ATPL issued by an EASA or ICAO authority.
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate.
  • A320 family type rating (required).
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Preferably a minimum of 500 flight hours on type (A320); newly type-rated pilots are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to be based in Antalya, Turkey.

🧰 Additional Eligibility

  • No administrative penalty from any Civil Aviation Authority and not involved in any aviation incident/accident.
  • No criminal record or criminal archive record.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university; preferably engineering, aviation, or programs with physics and mathematics.
  • Military service completed or deferred for at least 2 years.
